Accuracy is the core of precision stages, and the 7SGA215 features optimized design across transmission, guide rails, and power integration to comprehensively eliminate backlash and motion jitter. The system employs a high-precision worm gear drive with a 400:1 ultra-high reduction ratio, combined with a circular ball bearing and steel guide rail support structure, ensuring smooth, seamless operation with excellent rigidity and minimal clearance. With an 8x microstepping drive mode, it achieves an angular resolution of up to 0.0005625° and repeat positioning accuracy better than 0.004°, precisely capturing and locking even the slightest angular changes without accuracy degradation over extended periods of reciprocating adjustment. A standard 57mm stepper motor powers the unit, connected to the worm shaft via a high-quality imported elastic coupling, maximizing transmission synchronization and significantly reducing eccentric disturbances during operation. The stage operates with extremely low noise, making it ideal for quiet environments such as spectral measurements and low-light optical experiments where environmental interference must be minimized. 


The body is made of high-strength aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, forged as a single piece and treated with hard anodizing for excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and dimensional stability. The large 160×160 mm standard tabletop features an array of threaded mounting holes, compatible with various optical lenses, sample fixtures, light sources, and detector modules. With a center height of 139 mm and a precisely leveled horizontal reference plane, it supports both horizontal and vertical installation, offering exceptional adaptability. The equipment can handle a maximum central load of 30 kg, ensuring stable performance even under heavy loads—such as bulky optical assemblies or stacked large samples—without tilting or sagging, delivering superior stability compared to similar products in the same category.

The 7SGA215 comes standard with a DB9 communication interface, allowing seamless integration with Sefan's in-house 7SC series motion controllers. Through computer software programming, it supports fully automatic operations such as angle pitch reciprocation adjustment, position targeting, programmable speed control, and timed synchronization—eliminating the tedious errors associated with manual fine-tuning. It is ideal for automated production lines and long-duration continuous experiments. Built-in mechanical limit switches on both sides define a safe ±15° pitch travel range, preventing overtravel that could damage the transmission mechanism. Optional photoelectric zero-position sensors can be installed to automatically return to origin upon power-up, ensuring consistent reference points across multiple units during synchronized calibration, significantly reducing system setup and alignment costs. Two 7SGA215 units can be stacked in pairs; their concentric rotation design allows them to share a common rotational center, enabling effortless construction of an orthogonal dual-axis tilt adjustment platform for precise two-dimensional attitude correction (pitch + yaw). They can be freely combined with electric linear stages, rotary tables, and lifting platforms to build three-, four-, or even five-degree-of-freedom precision motion systems, flexibly meeting diverse requirements for custom optoelectronic experimental setups.
