In precision spectroscopy experiments such as fluorescence, photoluminescence, semiconductor quantum efficiency, and optical element calibration, weak signals are easily overwhelmed by stray light. Ordinary monochromators have insufficient resolution and cumbersome band switching, which restrict the quality of research data. The Sevan Optoelectronics 7ISW50 series of three-grating scanning monochromators, the flagship model with a 500mm focal length, relies on a three-level grating spectrometric architecture to achieve low stray light, high resolution, wide bandwidth, and fully automatic spectral scanning. It provides high-performance domestic spectrometric solutions for universities, research institutions, and optical electronics enterprises. Beijing Sevan Optoelectronics... 。
7ISW50 adopts an asymmetric horizontal Czerny-Turner diffuser optical path, combined with a secondary dispersion suppression design, which significantly reduces stray light to 5×10⁻⁴. The spectral line symmetry is excellent, enabling effective differentiation of closely spaced characteristic spectral lines. The entire machine is equipped with three programmable switchable holographic gratings. The standard configuration covers ultraviolet - visible - near-infrared (185 - 1250nm), and the grating line can be customized as needed. The test wavelength band can be switched with one click, without the need for manual disassembly and calibration. The minimum scanning step is up to 0.0023nm, with precise wavelength positioning and good repeatability. Long-term dynamic scanning remains stable and reliable.
The optical cavity is isolated from the mechanical transmission cavity, preventing the evaporation of lubricating oil from polluting the optical components, thereby extending the instrument's service life. The slit adopts a 10μm sharp-edge protection structure, with a slit width of 10μm to 3mm that can be continuously adjusted flexibly to balance the light flux and spectral bandwidth. A nitrogen charging interface is reserved, suitable for experiments in ultraviolet and near-infrared atmospheric absorption bands. The series includes multiple models: 7ISW501 with vertical inlet and outlet, 7ISW502 with parallel inlet and outlet, 7ISW503 with manual dual outlets; and there is also a CCD version 7ISW5051/5052, which can be used as a scanning monochromator to output monochromatic light, or can be equipped with a line array / planar array detector to switch the spectral acquisition mode, serving dual purposes in one machine. The instrument is equipped with dual communication interfaces of USB and RS232, and is accompanied by the 7ISWS upper computer software. It supports grating switching, wavelength scanning, data acquisition, and spectrum storage and export. It comes with an OCX control component, facilitating user system integration and secondary development. The input/output optical ports are compatible with SMA905 optical fibers and free-space optical paths, enabling seamless connection with xenon lamps, integrating spheres, PMTs, lock-in amplifiers, and electrochemical workstations, quickly establishing an integrated spectroscopy testing system.
