The core transmission of the entire machine adopts imported ball screw, combined with precise cross roller + finely ground V-shaped guide rail. Both ends of the platform integrate zero-position sensors and limit switches, having the functions of origin return and travel over-limit protection. The debugging is safe and convenient. The light path can directly pass through the middle of the platform surface, allowing the placement of sample slides, sample pools, transmission targets, etc., without the need to raise the light path or avoid the shading problem; the base is reserved with standard-sized installation screw holes and through holes, which can be directly fixed on the optical platform and also convenient for integration into the entire machine equipment, with low integration difficulty.

Many scanning schemes use single-axis stacking to build the XY stage. Not only is the volume bulky, but the orthogonality of the two axes is difficult to guarantee, and long-term reciprocating motion is prone to coupling deviation. The scanning image distortion and positioning repeatability are poor.
